Butter up your Easter brunch! 🧈🌼💛
Spring is here, and what’s better than being prepared for an Easter brunch with some delicious whipped butter? We’ve made three delightful flavours: Spicy Chilli Oil, Strawberry & Chive Olive Oil, and a classic clean butter with sea salt flakes.

What you need:
- 1x 250g unsalted butter (room temperature) for each flavour
- A splash of buttermilk (karne melk) for each flavour
- Sea salt flakes with edible flowers
- Chilli oil
- Chives
- Strawberries
- Olive oil
- Garlic

How to make it:
- Put the butter in a food processor and mix for 10 minutes.
- Add a splash of buttermilk and mix for another 10 minutes.
- Then, add your flavours—and you’re done! 🎉

The three flavours:
🌸 Sea Salt & Edible Flowers – Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the butter and decorate with edible flowers.
🌶️ Spicy Chilli Oil – Drizzle a tablespoon of chilli oil over the butter. For extra spice, mix some into the butter.
🍓 Strawberry & Chive Olive Oil – Mince the garlic, chop the chives and strawberries, then mix them with olive oil before adding to the butter.
